OUR story

Grafton Property Maintenance was founded 30 years ago by our CEO, Gianpaoplo. We started in Grafton and moved to Markham about 15 years ago, keeping the name that reflects our roots.

We primarily work with commercial property managers, providing a wide range of services through skilled crews and top-of-the-line equipment. From routine grounds care to demanding winter conditions, we’re ready to respond whenever our customers need us.

Around 80% of our customers have worked with us for at least 10 years. We’re proud of those lasting relationships, built by being available, answering questions, and holding our work to a high standard. Whatever the job, we believe in showing up, following through, and taking care of the details.
